Campervan Operator Cancellation Policies

Apollo, Cheapa & Hippie

• 61+ days before pick-up: No fee.
• 60–22 days before pick-up: 10% of total rental.
• 21–7 days before pick-up: 20% of total rental.
• 6 days or less before pick-up: 50% of total rental.
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: 100% of total rental.
• No refunds for late pick-ups or early returns.

Maui, Britz & Mighty

• 61+ days before pick-up: No fee.
• 60–22 days before pick-up: 10% of gross rental.
• 21–7 days before pick-up: 20% of gross rental.
• 6–1 days before pick-up: 50% of gross rental.
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: 100% of gross rental.
• No refunds for early returns.

Let’s Go Motorhomes

• More than 60 days before pick-up: No fee.
• 60–30 days before pick-up: AUD $100 fee.
• 29–14 days before pick-up: AUD $350 fee.
• 13–1 days before pick-up: AUD $500 or 50% of total rental (whichever is greater).
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: 100% of total rental.

Cruisin Motorhomes & Go Cheap Campervans

• 29+ days before pick-up: No fee.
• 28–7 days before pick-up: 25% of total rental.
• 6–1 days before pick-up: 50% of total rental.
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: 100% of total rental.

Spaceships Rentals

• 7+ days before pick-up: 20% cancellation fee of total rental.
• 1–6 days before pick-up: 50% cancellation fee of total rental.
• Within 24 hours of pick-up: 100% cancellation fee of total rental.

Camperman Australia

• 30+ days before pick-up: $200 cancellation fee.
• 7–29 days before pick-up: 50% of full rental charges.
• 1–6 days before pick-up: 75% of full rental charges.
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: Full rental charges apply (no refund).

Awesome Campers

• $250 non-refundable fee applies to all cancellations.
• 14–0 days before pick-up or no-show: 100% of total rental.
• No refunds for early returns.

Autosleepers

• Over 30 days before pick-up: $200 cancellation fee.
• 7–29 days before pick-up: 50% of full rental charges.
• 1–6 days before pick-up: 75% of full rental charges.
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: Full rental charges apply (no refund).

Travellers Autobarn

• Until 14 days before pick-up: No cancellation fee.
• Within 14 days of pick-up: $200 cancellation fee.
• Within 7 days of pick-up: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Same day or no-show cancellation: Full rental charges apply (no refund).

Jucy & Star RV

• 22+ days before pick-up: No fees (excluding credit card fees).
• 1–21 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 20% of the booking value (excluding credit card fees).
• Within 24 hours of departure or no-show: Full booking value applies (no refund).

Campervan Village

• 61+ days before pick-up: No fee applies.
• 60–22 days before pick-up: A minimum fee of $150 or 10% applies (whichever is greater).
• 21–7 days before pick-up: A minimum fee of $250 or 20% applies (whichever is greater).
• 6–1 days before pick-up: A minimum fee of $400 or 50% applies (whichever is greater).
• On the day of pick-up or no-show: Full booking value applies (no refund).

Adventure Rentals

• 90–60 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 20% of confirmed price.
• 30–59 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 50% of confirmed price.
• 29–2 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 90% of confirmed price.
• Within one day or no-show: Full confirmed price applies (no refund).

Lucky Rentals & Happy Campers

• Within 10 days of pick-up: Cancellation fee is 50% of confirmed price.
• Within one day or no-show: Full confirmed price applies (no refund).

Sunta Campers

• 80–31 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 20% of rental cost.
• 30–22 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 40% of rental cost.
• 21–7 days before pick-up: Cancellation fee is 75% of rental cost.
• Less than seven days or no-show: Full rental cost applies (no refund).

“On Request” Booking & Payment Conditions

When completing an “on request” booking, you agree that payment and confirmation will only proceed after availability is verified with the vehicle supplier. These bookings adhere to the cancellation policies outlined above.

Transaction Fees
All card transactions will incur a transaction fee of 1.7% + $0.30. Please note that the transaction/card fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation Terms
A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancellations processed by RV Boss. Please note that all deposits are used to secure your vehicle and are therefore non-refundable.

General Campervan Hire Terms

• Hirers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid open driver’s license.
• The hirer is subject to the general terms and conditions outlined on each supplier’s website.
